The 1976 TFL Draft is 'in the books' and the Buffalo Bills came away with 10 new players to add to their ranks. The Bills GM moved up, down, sideways, or anyways where they thought a deal may improve this team.
The Bills added 6 new offensive players, and 4 new defensive players.
Among them are the best Defensive Tackle in the draft, the best Center in the draft, one of the best Tight Ends and a new starting Quarterback! Quite an exciting bunch!

Sammy Hardy Hired As Bills Head Coach
Buffalo Bills GM today set in motion his next phase in making the Buffalo franchise a major player in the Throwback Football League.
Sammy Hardy was hired as Head Coach by the Buffalo Bills. Hardy's hiring was announced by the Bills owner Ralph Wilson and general manager Beejay at a news conference.
Hardy, (23-12 all-time coaching record) successfully coached the St. Louis Cardinals team to the NFC East Title in 1974 and a wildcard berth in 1975, demands player respect and brings a winning mentality to Buffalo.
